1. OIL AND GAS RECRUITMENT/SALES TRAINEES

RESPONSIBILITIES
-          Responsible for the sourcing and delivery candidates, predominantly in upstream oil and gas, ranging from geosciences, drilling, engineering, construction and also operation and maintenance roles
-          Utilize networking, database searching and advertisement to attract qualified candidates to WTS
-          Review/assess applications and short list candidates for interview
-          Actively enhance customer relationships an seek new ways to get leads and convert leads into sales
-          Achieve sales target and increase revenue and profitability
-          Maintain a comprehensive database of sales opportunities, sales activities and revenue
REQUIREMENTS
-          BSC in petroleum or mechanical engineering with second class upper
-          Masters degree is advantageous
